When handing over, check whether the product is qualified and confirm that there is no quality condition. Process control
Check the equipment before starting up, pay attention to check whether the rotating parts of the machine are flexible, stable and free of abnormal noise, and whether the circuit is normal. Check the accuracy of the various parts of the mechanism and whether there is any oil leakage. If there is any abnormality, you should immediately report to the main (deputy) manager and fill in the “Equipment Maintenance Application Form”. .
Adjust the width of the baffle to be glued according to the structure of the product. The two sides should be parallel and the semi-finished color box to be produced has just been put down. Adjust the slope and height of the bracket in the box to be glued area, so that the box to be glued product can move forward smoothly without fetters, and adjust the auxiliary guide rail and runner after pressing. Make it suitable for the size of the color box to be pasted.
Adjust the box-gluing belt and the box-gluing guide, and then adjust the pressure of the box-gluing host and wheels, and cross-fit the belt.
Adjust the glue tank, and check whether the glue in the glue tank is sufficient, the amount of glue should be immersed 80% of the rubber wheel, and then adjust the glue tank and the glue position.
Turn on the power switch, the main motor switch and the vibration switch key. After the machine is adjusted, press the “Run” or “Inch” key, and press the “Paper” key to debug the machine, and check whether the machine performance is abnormal or skewed. Correct immediately.
Adjust the counting electric eye and kick counting device so that it can count according to the requirements of the machine setting, and adjust the paper delivery and conveying parts so that the product can pass smoothly and overlap neatly into the pressing belt. After the production order is completed, clean up and clean up the surroundings of the machine, classify and label the finished products, make product labeling, and strictly perform product clearance and change in accordance with relevant regulations. Sort and list the defective products produced neatly in the defective area.
After the product is completed, transfer the packaged finished product to the workshop material staff. The material staff and the warehouse will do the final handover work, complete the handover record, and fill in the “finished product storage list”.

Matters needing attention
Check the wiring and oil circuit before starting the machine, fill the moving parts of the machine with oil, fill in the “Equipment Maintenance Form” carefully, and sign for confirmation.
Personnel who have not received equipment operation training are not allowed to operate on the machine. When the machine personnel leave temporarily, they need to stop and cut off the machine power before leaving.
When the machine is shut down for cleaning, troubleshooting, or maintenance in the machine, the safety lock button must be pressed.
It is strictly forbidden to put your hands on the rotating parts of the machine during the production process to prevent the hands from being rolled into the rotating parts and cause unnecessary work-related accidents.
