ZH-500 mini folder gluer machine for small boxes
Model ZH-500 is a unique mini folder gluer in the world. It was designed by our factory in 2008. As time goes by, the equipment is continuously upgraded and improved. So far, this model is a stable and efficient folder gluer machine. Machine length is only 2.6 meter. It’s suitable for small boxes whose unfolding feeding width is within 65-300mm. What type of boxes can be done on this machine? They are one side gluing boxes with 210-500gsm carton paper. Max line speed is 150m/min. It means the machine can finish 30000 pieces of box per hour. It has automatic counter and kicker that can be set by 50 or 100. Counting will be easy with this function. Is it with grinder? No, but it’s optional. We also offer color choice: white, black, grey.
