Water-based glue of folder gluer machine is an indispensable glue in printing. How to control whether paste box glue is used or not is particularly important. Let me share the solution I know.

1. Choose the glue correctly. In production, it is very important to choose the right glue. Once the glue is used wrongly, it will cause the whole batch of corrugated color boxes to open.

2. The working environment of paste box workshop should also be considered when selecting paste box glue. The glue used in winter is actually different from the glue used in summer, because the viscosity of the same brand and batch of glue printed under different ambient temperatures is different. The lower the ambient temperature is, the higher the viscosity is. Whether it is winter or summer, glue is required to reach the most convenient viscosity in the production process.

3. The use environment of paste box. The pasted box products need to be sent to high temperature environment for use, and the pasted box glue with high temperature resistance needs to be selected; if the corrugated color box after pasted box needs to be sent to low temperature environment for packaging design, the pasted box glue with low temperature resistance needs to be selected.

4. The performance of glazing. If the automatic paste box machine is with spray gun type, must choose the corresponding spray glue. At the same time, we should also consider the performance of the spray gun control system. If the spray gun control system is hot-melt, we must choose hot-melt spray; if the spray gun control system is not heated, we must choose cold spray
